Vintage in that it came from an estate sale - but it's not that old - it is 1/4" wide and a stretchy bangle bracelet made up of four curved links with 9 amber rhinestones n each link and two spaced square metal spacer beads between each long curved link - the inside measurement is 7" but can be worn up to a 7.5" wrist without it appearing stretched.  The spacer beads have a stamped accented border that give it a richer and older look - sort of old Roman or Greek.  The photos don't really do this one justice - it looks better in person.  It is in very good condition.  It is not signed. See Photos.
